Talk to the owner

Chatting with Elizabeth...

This week I received an email from Susan in Arizona. She mentioned she was having a problem with chocolate toffee melting in the summer. While she is away at work, the thermostat in her home climbs as high as 85 degrees. This causes her toffee to melt and it makes a mess when she tries to eat it. I think it is possible that a lot of people in warm climates may have the same problem.

I replied to Susan's email and told her to put her chocolate toffee in the refrigerator during the day. When she returns home from work, she can take out the amount she wants to eat and let it warm up a little before she eats it. Everyone who lives in a warm climate can use this tip to ensure the quality of their afternoon indulgence. Let me know how it goes Susan!
